Our MD's key responsibilities include developing and implementing Dalsan's business strategies, overseeing financial performance, and managing resources efficiently. Dalsan's MD also represents the company in high-level negotiations and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.
The Operations Manager manages the company's day-to-day logistics and ensures smooth fuel transportation services. Her leadership ensures that Dalsan's fleet operates efficiently and effectively, meeting client demands with precision. The Operations Manager also manages the company's financial aspects. The company's Technical Manager and Quality and Safety Manager report to the Operations Manager. The company's Secretariat is also overseen by the Operations Manager, who is directed by the Managing Director with the Board's supervision.
